I grew up in Southern California playing competitive volleyballl from the time I was 11 years old until I graduated college. I played college volleyball at the University of Hartford and earned my Bachelors Degree in Health Science. During my time as a student athlete I suffered several sports injuries and a total of 9 sugeries. This is why I became a Massage Therapist.
Being active is important to so many of us, and when injury or pain comes along it can inhibit your lifestyle. Massage can help speed up the healing process and prevent aches and pains from coming back. Massage can also help with stress, insomnia, anxiety, and so much more. Whatever your going through, I want to help.
